Mary Mann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as a Queue Manager for the City of Chesapeake since November 2021, Mary previously held the position of Client Technologies Analyst II within the same city from March 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Mary worked at Dollar Tree Stores as an IT Support Services Tier III from June 2019 to February 2020 and at Canon as a Tier 2 Technical Support Representative from October 2013 to June 2019.
