Leigh Ann Sutton

Leigh Ann Sutton has a diverse range of work experience in engineering and public works. Leigh Ann is currently serving as the Director of Public Works Engineering at the City of Chico since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Engineering/City Engineer at the City of Manteca from July 2020 to July 2021. Leigh Ann also served as the Deputy Director of Public Works, Parks, and Facilities at the County of Monterey from November 2019 to March 2020.
