Javier Alvarez

Javier Alvarez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Senior Contract Compliance Administrator for the City of Dallas Housing and Community Services Department since February 2005. In this role, Javier oversees the implementation and completion of development and special projects within the Housing Department's Neighborhood Planning and Development initiatives. Prior to this position, Javier was a Corporate Account Executive at Time Warner Corporation from February 1997 to May 2000. An educational background includes a B.S. in Political Science and Mexican American Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio and Communication Arts studies at the University of the Incarnate Word.
