Tracy Carter, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources. Tracy currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Decatur, where they are responsible for various HR services and management. Prior to this role, Tracy was the Deputy Director of Human Resources- Employment Management for the Georgia Department of Human Services. Tracy has also held positions such as Director of Human Resources at The Housing Authority of Dekalb County, HR Business Partner at the Georgia Department of Public Health, and Human Resources Manager at Esquire Solutions. Tracy has a strong background in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Tracy has experience working with various organizations, both in the public and private sectors.
