Summer Huang

Summer Huang is a UX Researcher with extensive experience in enhancing user experiences across various platforms. Currently involved with the City of Detroit and the University of Michigan, Summer contributes to usability testing and applies comprehensive research methodologies to improve digital tools, including the Detroit Business Data Explorer application and the MGO Metrics 3.0 Dashboard. Additionally, as a UX Consultant for MONSTR Sense Technologies, stakeholder interviews and customer surveys are utilized to refine website strategies. Summer's background includes a recent role as a UX Designer at the Library of Congress, where design and research work focused on improving the website user experience. Earlier experience at National Taiwan University involved collaboration in computational linguistics projects and teaching assistance in French. Summer Huang is pursuing a Master of Science in UX Design & Research at the University of Michigan, following a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Taiwan University.
