Joseph Martinez

Joseph Martinez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as System Analyst 2 at the City of Durango since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as End User Support Specialist III and II at the Corrections Department, New Mexico, and System Analyst at Sunrise Springs Spa Resort. Joseph has also worked in various IT positions across multiple organizations, including the State of New Mexico DPS, Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino, and Santa Claran Hotel & Casino. Joseph began a journey in IT as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician Student at Los Alamos County, NM. In addition to practical experience, Joseph is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Western Governors University, having previously earned a degree from The University of New Mexico.
