Cuauhtemoc N. has a diverse work experience in various positions. Cuauhtemoc started their career in 2013 as an After School Service Assistant at the City of Fontana, where they supervised students and created lesson plans. In 2014, Cuauhtemoc worked as an Office Assistant, handling clerical tasks and managing an appointment calendar. Cuauhtemoc also processed fingerprints as a Livescan Fingerprint Operator. In 2015, Cuauhtemoc joined the Superior Court of San Bernardino County as a Legal Processing Assistant II, where they performed clerical duties, scheduled hearings, and trained staff members. Cuauhtemoc later became a Courtroom Attendant, enforcing courtroom rules, ensuring security, and managing courtroom tasks.

Cuauhtemoc N. started their education at San Bernardino Valley College from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Administration of Justice. Cuauhtemoc then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History/Public Policy at UCLA from 2010 to 2013.
