Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the City of Frisco is responsible for guiding strategic initiatives and overseeing key operational functions within the city. Comprising the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership from the Fire Department, the team collaborates to ensure efficient resource allocation, effective emergency management, and the overall enhancement of community services, including those offered at the Frisco Heritage Center and Museum.
