John McErlean

John McErlean brings extensive experience in both law enforcement and aviation. Currently serving as a Deputy Marshal with the City of Galveston since August 2023, John has previously held various key positions in the aviation industry, including Aviation Specialist at Tri-Star Jet Services, Master Mission Advisor with Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., and Vice President of Charter Sales at Legacy Aviation Group. Prior law enforcement experience includes roles as a Police Officer for the City of Lamarque and Deputy Sheriff with the Galveston County Sheriff's Department. John completed education in Law Enforcement at the College of the Mainland and graduated from Dickinson High School.
