Carolyn (Carly) has also worked as an Assistant to the City Manager in the City of Wheat Ridge from April 2010 to June 2018. Throughout their career, Carolyn has been a trusted advisor to City Managers and Councils, leading strategic planning processes and city-wide projects aimed at achieving organizational missions and priorities.
