Emily Bryant

Emily Bryant started their culinary career as a chef at Metro Health in 2009. Emily then moved on to Ruth's Chris Steak House at the Amway Grand Plaza in 2011, where they worked as a pastry/prep cook. In 2012, they began working at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids as a pastry cook. Emily has been with the City of Grand Rapids as a public services assistant since 2014.

Emily Bryant's educational career includes earning an associate's degree in pastry arts from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute.
