Terry Ritter

Terry Ritter is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving in the Public Works Department at the City of Lakeland since May 1999. Prior to this role, Terry Ritter worked as a Contracts Engineer for Polk County Board of County Commissioners from May 1999 to May 2009. Terry Ritter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, obtained between 1976 and 1981.
