Blair Martin, C.E.T., P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in civil engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Manager of Infrastructure Maintenance and Engineering Project Manager at the City of Leduc since October 2020, Blair has previously held positions as Project Manager at O'Hanlon Paving Ltd. and Senior Project Manager at WSP in Canada, among others. Blair's career spans various roles including Councillor at ASET, and research and technical positions in diverse engineering firms and educational institutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from SIAST.
