Chrl Michael Goldrup

Michael Goldrup, CHRL has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources, communications, and media. Michael most recently served as the Director of People Services at the City of London. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at the City of Kitchener and the Regional Municipality of Peel, where they led teams and implemented programs to attract, hire, develop, and retain high-quality staff. Michael also held the position of Director of Communications at the Regional Municipality of Peel, where they managed a full-service internal public relations division. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Manager of Communications at Avco Financial Services and the Regional Municipality of Peel. Michael started their career as a Senior News Reporter at The Brampton Guardian, where they covered local, provincial, and federal politics. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.

Michael Goldrup, CHRL has completed an Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
