Bernadette McCranie

Bernadette McCranie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in municipal government and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Outreach for the City of Mansfield, Texas Municipal Government since July 2012, Bernadette has also held roles such as Assistant to the City Manager and Executive Assistant, providing high-level administrative support and overseeing significant projects like a public Wi-Fi program. Prior to this, Bernadette worked as a Customer Service Representative for Bana Box, excelling in order management and efficiency. Bernadette's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Budgeting & Financial Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre Arts from the same institution. Completion of the ICMA High Performance Leadership Academy further enhances Bernadette's leadership capabilities.
