Pedro Stiassni

Pedro Stiassni, MS, CLSSGB, is an experienced project manager and engineer currently working for the City of Margate since October 2018. In this role, Pedro coordinates the city's engineering activities and addresses public concerns under the guidance of the Engineering Manager in the Department of Environmental and Engineering Services. Pedro is also the owner and vice president of Metalmecánica 1, overseeing remote management from the U.S. Previous experience includes engineering specialist positions at Florida Health, environmental engineer roles at NorthStar Recovery Services and Alcoa, and various management roles at Tyson Foods, where Pedro ensured compliance with environmental laws and managed wastewater treatment facilities. Pedro holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from Murray State University.
