Jay Hollingsworth is a skilled professional with extensive experience in public service and customer success. Currently serving as a Firefighter I for the City of Los Angeles since May 2024 and as a Community Service Leader II for the City of Menifee, responsibilities include program coordination and implementation. Previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager at both Amazon and BlackLine, where Jay focused on vendor relations and client education on product features. Early career experiences include a Project Coordinator position at Centene Corporation, managing multiple projects, and a Sr. Administrative Assistant role at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, supporting executive leadership. Jay holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from California State University, Northridge.
