Emily Colby

Emily Colby has a diverse work experience in risk management roles. Emily was the Director of Risk Management at the City of Minneapolis starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Enterprise Risk Manager at Ramsey County from 2017 to 2020. Emily also has experience in risk management at the CFA Institute, where they served as the Director of Global Risk Management from 2008 to 2017, and as a Country Risk Analyst in 2008 and 2009.

Emily Colby has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Augustana University (SD).
