Sylvia Garcia

Sylvia Garcia is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant for the City of Murrieta since July 2023. Previously, Sylvia worked as a Life Insurance Agent at Premier Financial Alliance from November 2020 to July 2023. Sylvia also has a long tenure as a Finance Secretary for the City of Garden Grove, where employment spanned from August 2004 to July 2023. Earlier in the career, Sylvia held the position of Billing Specialist at Belshire Environmental Services from 2001 to 2003. Sylvia obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Human Services from Coastline College between 2008 and 2013 and is currently enhancing professional skills through studies at Fortune Builder University since 2019.
