Joana Raquel de Sousa

Joana Raquel De Sousa, MPA, is currently serving as a Risk Analyst for the City of Napa since October 2023, and previously held the role of Management Fellow in the City Manager's Office. Joana also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at San Francisco State University from March 2024 to May 2024, following a Student Assistant position from August 2022 to June 2023. Prior to these roles, Joana worked as an Administrative Assistant at Rubens Partners LLP from February 2022 to October 2023 and as a Resident Services Coordinator at Covia from March 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, Joana was an Activity Director and Assistant to the Executive Director at Connected Living from March 2020 to March 2021, and served as Director of Activities and Community Relations/Assistant to the COO at Elim Care Inc. from February 2017 to September 2019. Joana earned a Master of Public Administration from San Francisco State University and holds a degree in Gerontology from California State University-Sacramento.
