Robert Birch

Robert Birch has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Robert started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Corporate Accounts Manager, where they directed the marketing efforts for over 400 corporate accounts. Robert then moved on to Lamar Outdoor Advertising, where they worked as an Account Representative, responsible for selling and managing outdoor advertising. After that, they joined MOC Central LLC as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the Arkansas/North Louisiana region and managing a sales force, warehouse, and delivery trucks. Following this, Robert worked at ADESA as a Dealer Sales Manager, responsible for executing the dealer consignment strategy and achieving sales and service objectives. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at the City of North Little Rock, where they oversee the city's business development initiatives. Overall, Robert Birch has demonstrated their expertise across various industries and has held key leadership positions in sales and marketing.

Robert Birch attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Business. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1994, they studied Economics at Ouachita Baptist University. Robert also completed their high school education at North Little Rock High School from 1988 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Robert Birch has obtained several certifications. These include Market and Attraction, Credit Analysis, and Real Estate Development and Reuse from the International Economic Development Council. Robert also completed Community Development Institute Year 2 at the University of Central Arkansas in 2019, and Community Development Institute Year 1 and the UCA Small Developers Conference in 2018.
