Tiffany Jacobs-Quinn has a strong background in human resources, with experience in both management and analytical roles. Tiffany began their career as a Labor Relations Field Representative at City Employees Associates from 2005 to 2008. Tiffany then joined the City of Pasadena, where they held various positions, including Human Resources Analyst, Management Analyst V - HR Team Leader, Human Resources Manager, Acting Human Resources Director, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. In their current role, they oversee the Employment Services Division and is responsible for managing recruitment, personnel actions, performance appraisals, and other HR processes for the city's 16 departments. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in employee and labor relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations. Additionally, they have experience coordinating citywide training programs.
Tiffany Jacobs-Quinn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Romance Languages & Literatures from Pomona College in 2003. In 2008, they completed a Master's degree in Linguistics at California State University, Long Beach. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Public Sector Management & Leadership from California State University, Northridge.
