Kate Rennie is an experienced educator with a strong background in science and career technical education. Currently serving as a 7th Grade Science Teacher and Robotics Teacher at Kenilworth Junior High School since August 2019, Kate also works as a Summer Bridge Teacher for the City of Petaluma and participates in the K-12 Strong Workforce Program Selection Committee for the California Department of Education. Previous roles include Career & Technical Education Coordinator for San Francisco Unified School District and extensive teaching experience at Berkeley High School, where Kate specialized in Advanced Biology and environmental sciences. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of California, Davis.
