Francis Gutierrez

Francis Gutierrez has extensive experience in administrative roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant for the City of Providence since October 2007. Prior to this position, Francis worked as a School Secretary at Paul Cuffee Charter School from October 2004 to September 2006. Educationally, Francis holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Community College of Rhode Island, earned between 2013 and 2016, and an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Sawyer School, obtained from 2001 to 2003.
