Sean Miller

Sean Miller is an experienced professional in economic development and human resources, currently serving as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Pullman since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sean held positions including Human Resources & Admin Director at Latah Sanitation, Inc. from October 2021 to January 2023, and Branch Manager at Washington Trust Bank from February 2017 to October 2021. Additionally, Sean served as Vice President/Branch Manager II at Banner Bank in early 2019 and as a Small Business Specialist at U.S. Bank from July 2015 to February 2017. Sean completed a Master of Business Administration in Neuroleadership at American Military University between 2020 and 2021, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution from 2017 to 2019.
