Alexxiss Diaz

Alexxiss Diaz is an experienced community engagement representative at the City of Rancho Cordova since November 2019, previously holding an internship at Basketball New South Wales in digital media. As a Division I college softball player with NCAA from August 2015 to May 2019, Alexxiss demonstrated leadership as the committee chair of the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee and served as a peer mentor in academic advising at Sacramento State. Additional experience includes an internship with Athlete Network, where responsibilities focused on uniting and educating college athletes. Currently, Alexxiss is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at USC's Sol Price School of Public Policy after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from California State University-Sacramento.
