Heath McCrady

IT Applications Administrator at City of Richardson Texas

Heath McCrady has extensive work experience in the field of IT and web design. Heath began their career at the City of Richardson in 2000 as a Help Desk Analyst before transitioning to roles as a Web Graphics Designer and eventually a Web Designer. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and upgrading both static HTML sites and content management systems, including SSL certificates. Heath also edited and created content, trained new users, and oversaw the approval process. Additionally, they played a key role in maintaining, upgrading, and expanding the OnBase Document Management System. In 2022, they joined the City of Richardson Texas as an IT Applications Administrator.

Heath McCrady has a strong educational background in English. Heath completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Texas Christian University, attending from 1991 to 1993. Heath further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English from Tarleton State University, studying from 1994 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Heath has also acquired additional certifications. In January 2017, they completed the Cybersecurity Awareness Training program offered by ESET North America. In September 2018, they obtained the OnBase Certified System Administrator certification from HYLAND SOFTWARE, INCORPORATED IN OHIO UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
