Renu Grover

Renu Grover, MPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, strategic planning, and public transportation. Currently serving as Chief of Staff Fellow at On Deck, Renu previously held the role of Associate Director at Guidehouse, focusing on public transportation and local government consulting. Renu's experience at BART includes strategic advisory and change management leadership, where key contributions involved strategic analysis and the development of a five-year strategic plan. Renu's earlier roles include founding Associate Director of Strategy at iMentor and Chief of Staff in the Private Equity division at Egon Zehnder. Renu holds a Master's degree in Strategy and Organizational Management from Columbia University and has additional qualifications from Columbia Law School and The George Washington University.
