Tessa Rudnick, MPA, currently serves as the Mayor and Councilmember for the City of El Cerrito, where Tessa chairs the West County Integrated Waste Management Authority, holds the vice chair position on the League of California Cities Public Safety Policy Committee, and is a board member of the East Bay Regional Communications System Authority. Tessa also manages enterprise applications for the City of San Rafael, focusing on user-friendly municipal technology tools. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior IS Business Analyst in the Department of Police Accountability for the City and County of San Francisco and multiple IT coordinator positions for the City of Berkeley. Tessa holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and a BA in International Studies from Marymount Manhattan College. Additionally, Tessa obtained a Certificate in Business Analysis from UC Berkeley Extension.
