Jill Whittaker

Jill Whittaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and public service. Currently serving as the Sales Manager and Licensed Realtor at JBGoodwin REALTORS since September 2015, Jill has also been a Councilmember for Place 3 with the City of Schertz since November 2020. Jill's military background includes roles as a C-130 Navigator/Instructor and Youth Recreation Manager with the United States Air Force from January 1996 to July 2007, as well as managing the Music and Theater Ticket Office at the United States Naval Academy from September 2011 to December 2014. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Administration from York College of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Business from Anne Arundel Community College. Additional educational pursuits include studies at Liberty University, University of the Incarnate Word, and Penn State University.
