Anthony Lemphers

Anthony Lemphers has extensive work experience in financial management and government administration. Anthony currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Spruce Grove since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister for the Government of Alberta from April 1996 to July 2021.

Anthony Lemphers completed their education in accounting and finance. Anthony first obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Simon Fraser University, where they studied from 1985 to 1991. Later on, between 1996 and 2001, they pursued a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification with a specialization in CPA-CGA Accounting Designation. Additionally, Lemphers received additional certification in Indigenous Canada from Coursera in October 2021.
