Lee Huffstutler, CPA has over 35 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Lee served as the Chief Accountant for the City of Tampa for 16 years, overseeing various financial functions and receiving the GFOA award for financial statement/AFR preparation. Lee also served on various boards and committees and played a key role in the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 ERP. Prior to that, they were the Finance Director for the City of Temple Terrace, FL for 5 years, where they received GFOA awards for financial statement and budget preparation. Lee has also worked as the Finance Director for the City of Brooksville, FL for 6 years. Before their government roles, Lee worked as a Public Accountant for 8 years, providing accounting services for small business clients.

Lee Huffstutler, CPA completed their education at various institutions. Lee first attended Southeast High School, followed by earning a Bachelor of Music degree in Performance from Stetson University in 1982. After that, they pursued graduate work in Religion at Stetson University from 1982 to 1985. Later, they attended the University of South Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1992, followed by earning a Florida 5th Year in Accounting for CPA Exam in 1994. Finally, they attended City University from 1997 to 2000, where they completed Graduate Work in Public Administration.
