Shawn Whitley

Shawn Whitley has served the City of University City in St. Louis, Missouri, since July 1994, holding the positions of Lieutenant and Commander of the Bureau of Investigations. Shawn Whitley is also an alumnus of Missouri Valley College, where qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, supplemented by a minor in Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
