Kevin Garcia is a seasoned urban planner with extensive experience in municipal planning and zoning administration. Currently serving as the Principal Planner and Zoning Administrator for the City of Urbana, Illinois, Kevin leads a team of city planners and oversees the processing of planning and zoning cases.
