Justin Black, CPA, has over a decade of experience in public administration and finance, currently serving as Senior Assistant City Administrator, City Treasurer, Assistant City Administrator, and Assistant Finance Director for the City of West Columbia since January 2010. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Senior Accountant at The Brittingham Group, LLP - Certified Public Accountants from July 2007 to January 2010. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of South Carolina-Aiken, obtained in 2007.
