Bryan Garrett

Bryan Garrett is an accomplished Information Technology Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing IT operations across various sectors. Currently serving at the City of Winchester, Virginia Local Government since April 2024, Bryan previously held the position of Director of Information Technology for the Morgan, WV County Commission from December 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with security guidelines. Bryan also spent over a decade at Laurel Ridge Community College, rising from IT Specialist to Information Technology Manager, where duties encompassed staff management, procurement, and maintaining industry security standards. Bryan holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from West Virginia University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Information Technology and Business Administration from Laurel Ridge Community College.
