Sara Humphries

Sara Humphries, Assoc CIPD, has extensive work experience in recruitment and human resources management. Sara is currently employed as the Head of Recruitment & Training at The City Pub Group Plc since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at Red Lion Holdings from 2021 to 2022 and as a Global Recruiter at DO & CO AG in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Recruitment & HR Manager at Alpine Elements. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Recruitment team leader at TUI from 2017 to 2018, Senior Recruitment Assessor and Resort Manager at Crystal Ski holidays from 2013 to 2017, and Recruitment Assessor at Crystals Ski holidays in 2016. Sara also worked as a Holiday advisor/ resort rep at TUI from 2010 to 2014, Rep Supervisor at Crystal ski holidays from 2012 to 2013, and Sales advisor/product assistant/Marketing Assistant at Funway Holidays in 2005.
