Michael Ray

Michael Ray is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruiter at City Year since September 2022. In this role, Michael has led campus recruitment initiatives in the northeast, utilizing online platforms for lead generation and attending various in-person events. Prior experience includes working as an Agriculture and Nutrition Development Agent with the Peace Corps, where Michael trained local farmers and organized educational camps. Additional roles include serving as a Lab Technician at the University of New Hampshire, a Lift Captain at Waterville Valley Resort, and a Foreman at Chris Owen's Truck Farm. Michael holds a Master's degree in Management, Organization, and Society from Stockholm University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and History from the University of New Hampshire.
