Senior Vice President, Development Strategy And Operations at City Year

Nicole Quinlan has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Nicole started their career as a Corps Member at City Year in 1992. Nicole then served as the CFO at The Quinlan Companies, Inc., overseeing financial and administrative functions. After that, Nicole held the position of Director of Administration and Finance at the Haitian Health Foundation. Nicole was responsible for managing administrative and financial activities across multiple services and contracts. Nicole then joined City Year again, this time as the Senior Director of Corporate Development, managing national corporate sponsorships. Nicole later joined Citizen Schools as the National Managing Director of External Engagement, where they restructured the External Engagement Team and managed a team of five. Nicole'slast position was at Hunt Alternatives as the Advancement Officer and Team Lead for Partnerships, where they rebuilt program, strategy, and team and executed a successful sustainability strategy. Nicole is currently the Senior Vice President of Development Strategy and Operations at City Year.

Nicole Quinlan has a diverse education history. Nicole first attended Phillips Academy from 1988 to 1992, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1997, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with Cum Laude honors. Seeking further education, Nicole attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with Magna Cum Laude distinction. In 2015, they pursued a Master's Degree at the Harvard Extension School, specializing in Corporate Sustainability and Supply Chain Management. Although the end year is not specified, it can be assumed that they are presently completing their studies or has completed them since then.
