Randal McKoy

Randal McKoy currently serves as a Recruitment Specialist at City Year, focusing on developing a recruiting strategy and job specifications to attract youth ages 18-25 for mentorship roles in schools. Previously, Randal worked as a Project Manager at the United Nations, where responsibilities included enhancing community centers in Micronesia and delivering outreach and training on preventive measures for at-risk populations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Communications Intern at the United Nations, where Randal contributed to improving environmental management practices and educational systems.
