Rich Moore

Rich Moore has over 30 years of work experience in various project management and engineering roles. Rich started their career as a Senior Reserve Firefighter at Contra Costa County Fire Protection District in 1981. In 1991, they joined ICF Kaiser Engineering as a Senior Engineer before moving to Bechtel in 1996 as a Senior Project Controls Manager. At Bechtel, they also served as a Six Sigma Black Belt from 2000 to 2003. Moore then worked at Tube Lines as a Senior Project Controls Manager from 2003 to 2010. Rich joined Network Rail in 2010 as a Project Controls Manager, where they worked on a multi-million pound Reading Station redevelopment project. Moore moved to Elizabeth line - Crossrail in 2019 as a Programme Controls Manager before joining CityFibre in 2020 as the Head of Business Intelligence.

Rich Moore attended the University of California, Davis from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a BS in Civil Engineering. From 2000 to 2003, they attended Six Sigma Qualtec and obtained a Black Belt in Six Sigma.
