Shelby Tims, MBA, has a diverse range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Shelby began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources Assistant at Ajilon. In 2016, Shelby joined Cityscape Schools and progressed through various roles within the organization. Shelby started as a Human Resources Assistant and later became a Human Resources Generalist. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources before eventually assuming the position of Human Resources Director in 2020. Currently, Shelby holds the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Cityscape Schools, where they oversee the strategic management of the HR function.

Shelby Tims, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas at Dallas, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Navarro College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued Dual Credit/Summer courses in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2015, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Additionally, in August 2015, Shelby obtained the SHRM Assurance of Learning Certification, which showcased their proficiency in the field.
