Art Perez has over two decades of experience in the financial and real estate sectors. Currently serving as an Escrow Closer at Citywide Title Corporation since November 2019, Art previously held roles as a Real Estate Broker at Apreda Real Estate Services and as a Financial Consultant II at PNC. Art's career began at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included managing small business relationships as a Licensed Personal Banker, and later providing excellent customer service as a Mortgage Loan Officer across multiple institutions including Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual/Chase. Art holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Elgin Community College.
