Maccabi Luz

Maccabi Luz has over 20 years of experience in the embedded software engineering field. In 1996, they began working at Mango DSP, developing drivers and software applications for multi DSP boards. Maccabi then moved to ELTA in 2002, where they specialized in signal processing and optimizing code on the 7410 altivec motorola processor. In 2005, Maccabi Luz joined VIDEO-DSP, where they wrote drivers and EC planning for video compressing. In 2006, they joined Orpak as a SW RT/Emb eng. In 2010, they began working at Rokar BaeSystems, developing GPS and other products for the security market. In 2012, Maccabi Luz joined Scientific Wizard as an embedded SW programmer and C#. In 2013, they joined BrightSource Industries Israel (formerly Luz2) as an embedded SW programmer FW team (freelance). In 2015, they joined Silentium Ltd. as an embedded RT SW programmer, working on ADI Sharc SC584 (3 cores ) processor. In 2019, they joined GreenRoad as an embedded software engineer, writing scripts for embedded Calamp units in cars/trucks. In 2020, Maccabi Luz joined Civan Lasers as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer.

Maccabi Luz attended Bar-Ilan University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a BSc in Physics & Computers. Prior to that, they attended Bar Ilan high school Yeshiva from 1976 to 1981. No additional certifications have been listed.
