David Hulick

David Hulick currently serves as the Maker-space Manager at the Civil-Military Innovation Institute Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, David held positions at Boeing from February 2019 to October 2023, specializing in Quality Assurance Quality Control and working as an F-15E Structural Modification Technician. David’s extensive experience includes over 13 years in the United States Air Force, where roles included Shift Supervisor and various technical positions such as CNC programmer, CNC Machine Operator, and Certified Aircraft Welder, focusing on airframe improvement and modification for multiple aircraft models. Educational qualifications include a Master Welder Certification from Tulsa Welding School and studies at Clemson University and the Community College of the Air Force.
