Marci Jacobs

Marci Jacobs is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and education. Currently serving as a Supervising Investigator at the Civilian Office of Police Accountability since October 2022, Marci previously held the position of Adjunct Professor at DePaul University College of Law from August 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Marci dedicated 30 years to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State's Attorney. Marci holds a Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
