Rebecca Dufur

Rebecca Dufur has a wealth of legal experience. Rebecca began their career in 2005 as a Research Study Coordinator at Boston Children's Hospital. Rebecca then moved to Tufts Medical Center in 2006 as a Clinical Research Coordinator II. From 2011-2012, they worked as a SEEN Case Coordinator at the Children's Advocacy Center of Suffolk County. In 2012, Rebecca began working at Boston Medical Center (BMC) as a Grants and Contracts Specialist, where they drafted subcontracts and data use agreements and reviewed and negotiated terms of non-disclosure and material transfer agreements. In 2014, they became a Senior Agreement Advisor & Contracts Team Lead at Partners HealthCare. In 2018, they moved to GE Healthcare as Lead Counsel, where they provided legal advice and counsel to GEHC Life Sciences Pharmaceutical Diagnostics USCAN business and provided primary legal support for all research and development transactions. In 2019, Rebecca joined Foley Hoag LLP as an Associate. Rebecca then moved to McDermott Will & Emery in 2021 as a Senior Associate. Most recently, they joined Clade Therapeutics in 2022 as Senior Legal Counsel.

Rebecca Dufur obtained a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Siena College, and a Masters Degree in Community Psychology- Addictions from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School. Rebecca also obtained a Bar Admissions: Massachusetts certification in November of 2010.
