Nurul Rahma, currently serving as the Group People Process & Performance Management Manager at Cladtek since May 2023, has a robust background in HR management and organizational development. With prior experience as HR Manager (APAC), specializing in global people management processes in Indonesia and Singapore, Nurul possesses a wealth of knowledge in performance management, talent acquisition, and strategic staffing. Past roles include HR Business Partner Manager at Alcon, where strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business goals was key, and various project-based HR positions focusing on talent acquisition and management. Nurul's career spans multiple companies, including GE Power and Schneider Electric, and is supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Master's in Business Management from PPM School of Management.
