Jo Carol Quillen

Jo Carol Quillen has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Jo Carol began their career in 1983 as a Service Manager at Dulin Mechanical and worked there until 1991. Following that, they served as an Office Manager and Human Resources professional at Evans Electric & Specialties from 1991 to 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Project Assistant at FN Thompson Company. Jo Carol then joined Turner Construction as a Project Coordinator/Office Manager from 2003 to 2011.
