Harjap Sahni has extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. Harjap started their career at the University of Virginia Office of Advancement, where they served as a Fundraising Supervisor and Undergraduate Researcher. During this time, they worked on investigating the role of certain proteins in prostate cancer.

After their time at the university, Harjap joined Social Tables as an Account Executive and later became the Sales Development Team Lead. Harjap then moved on to Xactly Corp, where they worked as an Account Executive and later as an Enterprise Account Executive. Harjap achieved notable accomplishments, including receiving the President's Club award and the Top Performer award. Harjap also participated in cross-functional initiatives, such as the Business Operations and System Standards (BOSS) project.
